When will my order ship?
Shipping can take from 1 - 2 weeks, however when we have had a busy launch this can take longer! Please remember it's just two of us who work on Dipstick, so your patience is really appreciated. We will get your order out as quickly as possible, you can always email us or message on Instagram (@dipstick_Store) for an update!
My order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived!
If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated time frame (14 days in the UK, 40 business days international) please email us with your order number so we can look into it.
I selected non-tracked shipping, when will my order arrive?
We are currently testing a cheaper shipping alternative that does not come with tracking. The time frame can take a bit longer than stated above, and unfortunately items that are sent via this postage class DO NOT have cover therefore I cannot refund if your item goes missing.

Can I make a return?
As clothing and jewellery items are one of a kind, we do not offer returns or exchanges! If there is an issue or damage with your order, please contact me via email with your order number and a picture of the picture of the damage. I can set you up to get a refund/replacement!
How much will my customs fee?
If you are located outside of the UK, you may receive a customs fee. A 'Customs fee' is a bill applied from your shipping provider, therefore has nothing to do with Dipstick. I am legally required to put the total spent on product on the package so the shipping provider can estimate the customs fee. If you would like to know what this will be before ordering, please contact your local customs office to get an estimate.
Can you edit or combine my orders?
If I see you've ordered twice, I'll do my best to combine these orders however when its more busy it's very easy to lose track! You can pop me an email or a message on Instagram (@dipstick_store) to find out!
The silver chain has come away from my earring?
On rare occasions (mostly if your jewellery order has travelled far or the postman sat on your parcel x) the jump loop will jiggle away from the stud or charm causing the stud and charm to break away. This rarely happens, but if it does all you need to do is attach the jump ring back together like the video below!
My order is going to the wrong address!
Your items will be delivered to the address on your order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so please make sure we have the right address for you when placing your order. If you have put in the wrong address, please email us within an two hours of ordering and we'll try our best to change it.
